Services

im3rd Media provides real estate media and listing marketing services, including the Listing Launchpad packages, add-ons such as Launch to Close, and video editing for photographers. The scope and price of each order are confirmed at booking.

Booking, payment, and rescheduling

Most orders are paid after shoot day and before final delivery. Some custom or rush services require a deposit, which is stated on the order form. Rescheduling with at least 48 hours notice carries no fee. Less notice may incur a re-trip fee. Every shoot includes 50 miles of round-trip travel. Additional mileage and return trips are billed as listed on the pricing page.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days. We will make it right with revisions. If we still cannot, we issue a full refund, and the deliverables are returned and not used in your marketing.

Licensing of deliverables

Upon payment, you receive a license to use the photos, videos, websites, and other deliverables to market the listing and your real estate business. im3rd Media retains copyright and may use the work in its own portfolio and marketing unless you ask us not to in writing.

Property access and safety

You are responsible for lawful access to the property on shoot day and for informing occupants. We reserve the right to stop a shoot if conditions are unsafe.

Third-party platforms

Some deliverables are published on platforms we do not control, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and MLS systems. Their terms apply to content posted there.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, im3rd Media’s liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
